After many years of wearing the same clothes we’re delighted to finally show off our new wardrobe. Not only have we completely rebranded the business but we’ve got lots of lovely packaging, boxes, vans and even the obligatory pens to show for it!
Based in Skipton on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales, we have been supplying specialist coffees for nearly 30 years and decided to tackle the recession head on by modernising and spicing up our image to help it truly reflect just how beautiful our coffees are.
With signage outside customer’s cafes, restaurants and hotels throughout Yorkshire, Cumbria and Lancashire, the old brand is well recognised so to opt for a complete change was a big move. However, after a very careful review process, which included a great deal of customer feedback, we felt confident it would only further promote the quality of our products and services.

There was a time when our old brand really portrayed the image we wanted, one of quality and excellence, but times change and it’s important to keep adapting if you want to remain successful. The feedback I’ve been receiving from customers, as we’ve invited their comments throughout the process, has been superb and really given us the conviction to go for something completely fresh and new.’

Coffee Care began the launch of its rebrand on 23 July, when the new vans hit the road, and gradually new signs will be springing up around the North of England. With a whole new host of promotional items now available we can also help our customers to market the great coffee that they’re selling. Customers will start to see their new foils, boxes and sugars appear as they place their orders and we hope to have a new retail range available in a couple of months time.
